Warranty Policy

ZOERAM Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 12 July 2026
Last Updated: 12 July 2026

1. Introduction

This Warranty Policy explains when a product purchased from ZOERAM may be covered by a commercial, product-specific or manufacturer warranty and how an eligible warranty claim may be submitted.

This Warranty Policy should be read together with the applicable:

  • Terms of Service

  • Return & Refund Policy

  • Shipping Policy

  • Order Cancellation Policy

  • Payment Policy

  • Privacy Policy

  • Product-page information

  • Manufacturer warranty terms

  • Other applicable ZOERAM policies

Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, limit or restrict any statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

2. Business Information

3. No Universal Warranty

Not every product sold through ZOERAM includes a commercial warranty.

A product will be treated as having a warranty only where warranty coverage is expressly stated through one or more of the following:

  • The relevant product page

  • Product packaging

  • An invoice or order document

  • A warranty card

  • Manufacturer documentation

  • Written confirmation from an authorized ZOERAM representative

  • Other applicable terms displayed at the time of purchase

The absence of an additional commercial warranty does not remove any statutory rights available to customers under applicable law.

4. Checking Warranty Availability

Customers should review the relevant product page and available product documentation before placing an order.

Where warranty information is not displayed or provided, customers should not assume that the product includes an additional commercial warranty.

Customers may contact ZOERAM before purchasing if they need clarification regarding the warranty status of a particular product.

5. Product-Specific Warranty Terms

Warranty coverage may differ between products, variants, brands and manufacturers.

Product-specific warranty terms may determine:

  • Whether a warranty applies

  • The warranty period

  • The warranty provider

  • The defects covered

  • The exclusions applicable

  • The required claim procedure

  • The available service locations

  • Whether repair, replacement or another remedy may be provided

Where product-specific warranty terms conflict with general information in this policy, the specific warranty terms will apply, subject to applicable law.

6. Manufacturer Warranty

Some products may be covered directly by a manufacturer, brand, importer, distributor or authorized service provider.

A manufacturer warranty may be governed by the manufacturer’s:

  • Warranty card

  • Product documentation

  • Registration requirements

  • Service-centre rules

  • Inspection procedures

  • Repair or replacement conditions

  • Geographic service availability

  • Warranty exclusions

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, the customer may be required to contact or visit the relevant manufacturer or authorized service centre.

ZOERAM may provide reasonable assistance with available order information but does not control every decision, procedure or service timeframe of an independent manufacturer or service provider.

7. Warranty Period

The applicable warranty period, where provided, will be the period expressly stated on the product page, packaging, invoice, warranty card or manufacturer documentation.

Unless the applicable warranty terms state otherwise, the warranty period will generally begin from the date of purchase, delivery or activation as specified by the warranty provider.

ZOERAM does not apply a single universal warranty period to every product.

Customers should retain the invoice, order confirmation and warranty documentation throughout the applicable warranty period.

8. Potential Warranty Coverage

Subject to the applicable product-specific or manufacturer terms, warranty coverage may apply to a verified manufacturing defect or functional failure that:

  • Existed within the covered product or component

  • Occurred during the applicable warranty period

  • Was not caused by customer misuse or external damage

  • Falls within the stated warranty coverage

  • Can be reasonably verified through inspection, testing or supporting evidence

The existence of a problem does not automatically confirm warranty eligibility.

9. Issues Generally Not Covered

Unless applicable product-specific terms or law provide otherwise, warranty coverage may not apply to issues caused by:

  • Accidental damage

  • Drops, impacts or physical breakage

  • Water, liquid, moisture, fire or heat exposure

  • Improper installation

  • Improper or unintended use

  • Failure to follow product instructions

  • Customer misuse, negligence or improper storage

  • Unauthorized alteration, modification or repair

  • Use of incompatible parts, accessories, chargers or power sources

  • Electrical fluctuation, power surge or external electrical damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic marks that do not affect product functionality

  • Consumable components reaching the end of their normal useful life

  • Damage occurring during customer-arranged transportation

  • Commercial, industrial or abnormal use where the product is intended for normal personal use

  • Damage caused by pests, environmental conditions or external events

  • Lost or stolen products

  • A product used after the customer became aware of a defect and continued use caused additional damage

An exclusion will not apply where doing so would unlawfully restrict a customer’s statutory rights.

10. Normal Wear and Consumable Components

Normal deterioration resulting from ordinary use is not generally considered a manufacturing defect.

Depending on the product, components such as batteries, filters, brushes, pads, blades, seals, straps, cables, coverings or other consumable or replaceable parts may have separate, limited or no commercial warranty coverage.

Any coverage for such components will depend on the applicable product-specific or manufacturer terms.

11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products on Delivery

A product that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description should be reported according to the ZOERAM Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect-product issues should generally be reported within the reporting period stated in the Return & Refund Policy, together with the requested supporting information.

A return or delivery-related claim is separate from a longer-term product warranty claim, although both may sometimes concern a product defect.

Where the Return & Refund Policy specifically applies, that policy will govern the relevant eligibility, evidence and resolution process, subject to applicable law.

12. Customer Responsibilities

To preserve any available warranty coverage, customers should:

  • Use the product only for its intended purpose

  • Follow the supplied operating, installation, charging, safety and care instructions

  • Use compatible accessories and power sources

  • Take reasonable care of the product

  • Stop using the product where continued use may be unsafe or cause further damage

  • Retain the invoice, order confirmation and warranty documents

  • Preserve model, batch and serial-number information

  • Avoid unauthorized repair, opening, alteration or modification

  • Submit the claim within the applicable warranty period

  • Provide accurate and complete claim information

13. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty assistance, customers should contact ZOERAM through an official customer-support channel:

Email: support@zoeram.com
WhatsApp: +91 9141051586

Customers should provide:

  • Full name

  • Relevant order number

  • Registered email address or phone number

  • Product name and variant

  • Purchase or delivery date

  • Description of the problem

  • Date on which the issue was first noticed

  • Clear photographs or videos, where reasonably required

  • Invoice or proof of purchase

  • Warranty card or manufacturer documentation, where applicable

  • Model, batch or serial number, where applicable

  • Details of any troubleshooting already attempted

Customers must not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs, internet-banking passwords or complete payment-card details.

14. Proof of Purchase

Valid proof of purchase may be required to confirm:

  • That the product was purchased through ZOERAM

  • The date of purchase or delivery

  • The applicable product or variant

  • Whether the claim falls within the stated warranty period

  • The identity of the relevant warranty provider

An invoice, order confirmation or another reliable ZOERAM purchase record may be accepted where available.

A claim may be difficult to verify where sufficient purchase information cannot be provided.

15. Photographs, Videos and Supporting Evidence

ZOERAM or the applicable warranty provider may request clear photographs, videos or other non-sensitive information where reasonably necessary to:

  • Identify the product

  • Understand the reported issue

  • Confirm visible damage or symptoms

  • Review product condition

  • Check packaging, labels or serial numbers

  • Determine whether inspection or service is required

  • Prevent fraudulent or duplicate claims

Providing photographs or videos does not automatically establish warranty eligibility or replace a physical inspection where one is reasonably required.

16. Troubleshooting and Preliminary Checks

Before arranging a return, repair or inspection, ZOERAM or the warranty provider may ask the customer to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.

These may include checking:

  • Assembly or installation

  • Power supply or charging

  • Connections

  • Settings

  • Compatible accessories

  • Product instructions

  • Reset or restart procedures

  • Other basic operational conditions

Customers should not perform any step that appears unsafe, requires unauthorized disassembly or may cause further damage.

17. Inspection and Verification

A warranty claim may be subject to inspection, testing or verification by:

  • ZOERAM

  • The manufacturer

  • An importer or distributor

  • An authorized service centre

  • Another qualified service provider

The inspection may consider:

  • Whether a defect exists

  • The cause of the issue

  • Product condition

  • Usage patterns

  • Physical or liquid damage

  • Unauthorized repair or modification

  • Serial numbers and product identity

  • Whether the issue falls within the warranty terms

  • Whether the applicable warranty period has expired

Submitting a product for inspection does not automatically confirm claim approval.

18. Available Warranty Resolution

Where a warranty claim is verified and approved, the available resolution may depend on the product-specific terms, manufacturer policy, defect, product condition, availability and applicable law.

The resolution may include:

  • Product inspection

  • Technical support

  • Repair

  • Replacement of a defective component

  • Replacement of the product

  • Another suitable remedy

  • Refund where applicable under the relevant policy or law

The customer may not automatically be entitled to select a particular remedy unless the applicable warranty terms or law provide that right.

19. Repairs

Where repair is the applicable remedy:

  • The product may be repaired by the manufacturer or an authorized service provider

  • Parts may be repaired or replaced as reasonably necessary

  • Replaced parts may be retained or handled by the service provider

  • Warranty coverage for the repaired product will depend on the original or specific repair terms

  • Cosmetic appearance may not be restored where the repair concerns functionality and the applicable terms permit it

  • Repair availability may depend on parts, technical capability and service-centre access

No fixed repair timeframe is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the applicable warranty terms.

20. Replacements

A replacement may be provided only where approved under the applicable warranty terms or required by law.

Where an identical replacement is unavailable, an alternative resolution may be communicated subject to product availability, the applicable warranty terms and consumer law.

A replacement product may be subject to the remaining original warranty period or another period expressly stated by the applicable warranty provider.

Receiving a replacement does not automatically create a new full warranty period unless expressly confirmed.

21. Refunds

A warranty claim does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Refund eligibility will depend on:

  • The applicable warranty terms

  • The nature of the verified defect

  • Whether repair or replacement is reasonably available

  • The ZOERAM Return & Refund Policy

  • Product-specific conditions

  • Applicable consumer law

Approved refunds will be handled according to the applicable refund process.

Customers will never be required to share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, password or complete card details to receive a standard refund.

22. Service and Transportation Arrangements

The method for sending, collecting or presenting a product for inspection or service will depend on the product, location, warranty provider and applicable terms.

Customers should not send a product to ZOERAM, a manufacturer or service centre without receiving the relevant instructions.

Responsibility for courier, pickup, inspection, service or re-delivery costs will depend on:

  • The applicable warranty terms

  • Claim eligibility

  • The cause of the problem

  • Manufacturer or service-centre rules

  • Product-specific conditions

  • Applicable law

Any applicable customer charge should be communicated before it is incurred where reasonably possible.

23. Data Stored on Electronic Products

Where a product stores customer data, settings, media, account information or other content, the customer should create an appropriate backup before submitting the product for inspection, repair or replacement.

Inspection, reset, repair or replacement may result in stored information being deleted or becoming inaccessible.

Customers should remove passwords, personal accounts, memory cards, SIM cards and unrelated accessories where appropriate and where instructed.

Customers must not share account passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or unnecessary sensitive information with ZOERAM or a service provider.

24. Serial Numbers, Labels and Tampering

Warranty eligibility may be affected where a product’s:

  • Serial number

  • Model number

  • Warranty seal

  • Identification label

  • Batch information

  • Manufacturer marking

has been intentionally removed, altered, damaged or made unreadable in a manner that prevents reasonable product verification.

This will not restrict statutory rights where the claim can otherwise be lawfully established.

25. Unauthorized Repairs and Modifications

Customers should not open, alter, modify or repair a product through an unauthorized person where doing so may affect warranty eligibility or product safety.

ZOERAM or the warranty provider may reject a commercial warranty claim where the reported issue was caused by an unauthorized repair, modification or incompatible replacement part.

This section does not restrict any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. Rejected Warranty Claims

A commercial warranty claim may be rejected where:

  • No applicable warranty exists

  • The warranty period has expired

  • The reported issue is not covered

  • The problem cannot be verified

  • The damage resulted from an applicable exclusion

  • Required proof of purchase or product identity cannot reasonably be established

  • The product was materially altered or repaired without authorization

  • Fraudulent, false or misleading information was provided

  • The product submitted does not match the purchased product

  • The claim violates the applicable warranty terms

Rejection of a commercial warranty claim does not remove statutory rights that may independently apply under applicable law.

27. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

ZOERAM may review, restrict or reject claims involving suspected:

  • Fraud

  • Falsified documents

  • Altered photographs or videos

  • Product substitution

  • False defect reports

  • Duplicate claims

  • Deliberate product damage

  • Abuse of warranty, return or refund processes

  • Other unlawful or misleading activity

ZOERAM may take reasonable action permitted by applicable law, including restricting an account, cancelling related requests or providing relevant information to an authorized service provider or lawful authority.

28. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Warranty inspection, repair, replacement or service may be affected by circumstances outside ZOERAM’s reasonable control, including:

  • Manufacturer or service-centre delays

  • Parts unavailability

  • Courier disruption

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Transport disruption

  • Network or system failures

  • Other comparable operational events

ZOERAM will not be treated as responsible solely for a delay caused by such an event, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

29. Relationship with Consumer Rights

A commercial or manufacturer warranty is additional to any statutory rights that may apply under Indian consumer law.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, limit or restrict rights or remedies relating to:

  • Defective products

  • Unsafe products

  • Materially misdescribed products

  • Unfair trade practices

  • Product liability

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any other responsibility that applicable law does not permit ZOERAM to exclude

Where a provision of this Warranty Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
